This type of press is especially designed to put natural or synthetic fiber into bags.
Weight of bags can vary from 5 kg up to 50 kg.
The bag is automatically formed with a form shoulder.
There is a system that makes a weld in longitudinal direction.
After filling the bag is automatically sealed with thermal welding.
The bag is then evacuated to a robot that automatically stacks the bags onto a pallet in different layers.
The pallet is forwarded to a shrink wrap installation and finally the fully wrapped pallet can be taken away with a forklift and stored.

Dimensions can be designed to customer’s demand.
Pressing force : 25 T / 40 T
Feeding can be done by one or more conveyor belts or by pneumatic transportation.
