> Quiklink Bale Ties

Quiklinks bale ties are mainly used for baling fibrous materials (wool, cotton, fibre, clothes,…)and in the recycling industriy (plastics, tyres, cardboard…) A quiklink holds the material powerfully to its compressed volume, making it easy and safe to weigh, handle and tranport.
Quiklinks ties are very economical compared to other baling options. The locking operations need no special tools and baling can be carried out very quickly and effectively without using specialist equipment.

How does it Works? (see pictures)
Pass the tie round the bale and lay one formed end over the other.
Snap the two together
On releasing the pressure, the two formed ends will pull together to form a square knot.

Surface finish available =  Bright, Coppered or Electro Galvanised
Wire diameter range = 2.20 mm to 3.90 mm
Lenght: all lenghts available
Wire ultimate tensile strength = 1400N/mm² minimum
