> Blade Grinding

We are able to grind worn knives of your shredder back to good working order in a fast and professional way.

When the blades are worn down they will no longer perfom as when they were originally installed. It is therefore recommended to grind them down to obtain the original performance.
The blades can be grinded several times depending on the thickness of the blades and the state of wear at time of the grinding.
The blades must be placed on a horizontal grinding machine designed to grind both sides of the blades until a 90°sharp angle cutting edge is obtained (also the spacers and cleaning fingers must be grinded proportionally – refer to tolerance sheet).
