Valvan Baling Systems has engineered a new innovative solution, the patented CL System, counter blades size selection system, which can be retrofitted on all existing Valvan’s two shaft shredders with minor modifications to obtain small and uniform shred size such as the dimensions of output material from traditional solutions with the screen at the discharge.
Two shaft shredders are usually employed in a primary shredding stage and thereafter, three shaft shredders with an integrated screen refine the particulate size of output material. With the CL System it isn’t required to handle the output material with the three shaft shredders but it is already suited for incinerators, washing systems and separation systems.

The innovative CL System is particularly suited to shredding dirty and clean plastics like containers, cubitainers, drums, foam, car bumpers and other automotive parts.
