Automatic Sorting

Up to 1200 garments per hour, processed without manual labelling or manual sorting. The operator places the unfolded item on Hypersort (1), which analyses and categorises it. A label is applied automatically (2), the feeding conveyor carries the item to the sorting line (3), and the sorting conveyor routes it into the correct fraction (4).
